Meat Processor

Job Description: Slaughter: Assist in the harvest of Beef, pigs, sheep, and goats. Which requires skinning, washing and weighing carcasses. Followed by cleaning the facility to Federal Inspection Standards. Processing: Bringing quartered carcasses out of the cooler and breaking them down into packaged meats. We also produce all of our own Specialty meats such as hams, bacons, and a wide variety of fresh and smoked cured sausages. Followed by cleaning the facility to Federal Inspection Standards.
