Project Manager

Remote (Columbus, OH preferred)About The RoleWe're looking for a Project Manager who genuinely enjoys bringing order to complex, fast-moving work. In this role, you'll be the steady hand across several business and technology initiatives—leading status meetings, keeping commitments on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business, spot risks before they become problems, and guide releases smoothly from planning all the way to production. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward, and you're ready to jump in and start leading status calls within your first week, we'd love to talk.What You'll DoLead and facilitate status meetings, ensuring action items are tracked to closureFollow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are metOversee project releases from planning through production deploymentOwn and maintain RAID logs, project plans, and key milestonesIdentify project risks early and drive mitigation plans to prevent delivery impactsEscalate issues appropriately and proactively remove project blockersDrive accountability across cross-functional teams and deliver executive status reportingUtilize Jira for dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release trackingAdapt to both Agile and Waterfall project environments as neededQuickly learn new business domains and manage complex initiativesCommunicate effectively and manage relationships with diverse stakeholdersWhat You BringStrong risk identification, management, and mitigation experienceExpertise with Jira, including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release trackingAbility to run status calls quickly after joining Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environmentsAbility to quickly learn new business domains and manage complex initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teamsExperience escalating issues appropriately and removing blockers
