The senior people communication & experience manager will l ead overall content design and management of the company intranet, broad internal communication plans for major audiences (leaders, all employees), leader newsletters, and engaging, interactive townhall meetings. This leader is also responsible for developing our approach to multimedia and candidate/employee facing social media and will partner closely with senior leaders and the Marketing and the People teams to deliver a consistent look, feel, and voice for our internal messaging.Job Summary Details Design and lead content management to create a consumer-grade intranet experience for employees. Create and deliver engaging communication plans and messages that inspire, connect, and inform our people. Design and manage a compelling all-employee meeting experience. Develop and manage regular people leader meetings that improve leader capability and accountability. Create and manage a regular people leader newsletter. Act as the principal internal contact for our crisis communication efforts. Develop and implement a multimedia and social media strategy that keeps our employees connected, including video series, industry observances, recognition stories, etc. QualificationsEducation/Experience Bachelors Degree-in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, equivalent years of practical experience in a related field; Graduate degree preferred. 8 years’ experience in internal communication, employee engagement, learning & development or related area, including prior experience in creative writing or blogging. Experience with multimedia content creation and graphic design is a plus. Specific Skills/Knowledge Demonstrated ability to convey information using organizational stories. Creative writing or blogging Strong leadership presence. Commitment to consistency and attention to detail. High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and resilience. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication plans in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly skilled in developing key messages from the audience's perspective. Excellent relationship building skills. Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including intranets, email marketing software, and content management systems. CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $129,099 - $167,829, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
