AI Enablement Director

A company is looking for a Head of AI Enablement to drive the integration of AI across its operations. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the AI enablement roadmap aligned with company goals Build and lead an AI Enablement function to enhance AI usage across teams Identify high-value AI use cases and manage projects from proof-of-concept to production Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 10+ years in technology, data, or product leadership roles 3-5+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy and enterprise enablement initiatives Proven track record of driving AI or digital transformation at scale MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Strong understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, and predictive analytics
