Assist with daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients for recipes and menu items.Work closely with cooks and chefs to ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service.Prepare simple menu items and components such as salads, sauces, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items.Maintain a clean and organized prep area while following proper sanitation and food safety procedures.Label, date, and store food properly while practicing FIFO and safe food handling standards.Help with stocking deliveries and organizing storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry goods.Support kitchen operations during service with additional prep, restocking, and light cleaning as needed.Stay productive and organized in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Ideal candidates have kitchen or prep experience, a positive attitude,a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field!Schedule:Monday- Friday6:00 A.M.- 2:30 P.M.Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.
