Equipment & Compliance Officer — Heavy Civil Construction

We're a growing team investing in strong systems, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us build something lasting.About the RoleWe're hiring an Equipment & Compliance Officer to own our safety program, DOT/fleet compliance, and equipment maintenance strategy company-wide. This is a hands-on role that splits roughly 60/40 between office and field — you'll be in the office managing compliance files, renewals, and documentation, and out on job sites walking projects, meeting with foremen, and following up on corrective actions.You'll be the point person for:OR-OSHA and FMCSA complianceOur fleet of ~75 vehicles (light trucks through dump trucks, water trucks, and trailers)Our heavy equipment fleet of 50+ excavators, loaders, dozers, and attachmentsJob site safety standards, incident response, and training coordinationThere's a real opportunity here to own and build. Some programs are mature; others need to be created from the ground up.
