This is not a data science role or strategy consulting role but a hands-on process engineering and enablement one. You will be responsible for auditing manual workflows across the firm (from Front-Office research to Back-Office compliance) and replacing them with intelligent, production-ready automation.The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical architecture and business operations, delivering tangible time-savings through generative AI and agentic workflows.Primary Focus: Efficiency and Workflow EngineeringPartner with various department heads (Trading, Research, Operations, Legal) to identify and prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities.Design and deploy multi-step, autonomous agents capable of handling complex tasks such as document parsing, cross-departmental data reconciliation, and market monitoring.Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to transform unstructured firm intelligence (PDFs, call transcripts, alternative feeds) into actionable, automated workflows.Ensure all automation tools are seamlessly integrated into a secure VPC environment, prioritizing data privacy and institutional reliability.Work at the architectural and executional level with technical stakeholdersRequirementsProven track record of moving beyond lab experiments to deploying functional, production-grade automation software.Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
