We're seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinator to help spread our message of Hyper Wellness® and create memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
Plan, organize, and execute engaging grassroots events, workshops, and community outreach programs
Collaborate with the Owner, GMs, and Hyper Wellness Representatives and other team members to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Coordinate with local businesses, influencers, and media for cross-promotional opportunities
Manage social media accounts, creating compelling content that showcases our services and brand values
Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets on Canva or outside
Track and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal performance
Manage email and text marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients
Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with local health and wellness organizations
Ensure all marketing efforts align with Restore's brand guidelines and core values
Sell memberships and packages in alignment with client’s wellness goals
Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about our products
Use multiple web-based platforms (Referrizer, Meta etc.) to communicate with leads and clients for booking
Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition
Qualities and qualifications you need to succeed as a Marketing and Events Coordinator
You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
Available evenings and weekends
2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related role
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
You’re a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
