Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Irmo, SC, for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, provide accurate information about our services, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, scheduling services, and collaborating with team members to uphold our standards for excellence and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction.Experience in optimizing Customer Experience and managing client interactions effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related software is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
