Patent Prosecution ParalegalOn-site 5 days per week.Yearly Salary: Between $120K-$150K (based on relevant work experience).Starts: April 6th, 2026.ResponsibilitiesAccurately prepare, obtain, and file documents related to all phases of patent prosecution.Prepare, format, proofread, and file U.S. and PCT patent applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office (and foreign trademark offices) and manage new electronic filings.Conduct clearance searches.Maintain and manage a prosecution docket. Report patent filings status and other documentation updates to clients.
