You will own the program end-to-end, including partner engagement, founder activation, program design, and performance measurement.This is a zero-to-one role focused on building the infrastructure, relationships, and playbooks needed to activate a growing network and translate engagement into measurable business impact.What You'll Do:Strategic Firm EngagementBuild and manage relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators, with a focus on high-value partnersDevelop and implement a tiered engagement model across the program networkDefine and evolve value propositions tailored to different partner segmentsLead ongoing engagement with priority firms, including business reviews, roadshows, and strategic discussionsServe as the primary point of contact for venture ecosystem partnersFounder ActivationDesign and execute programs that drive portfolio company onboarding and engagement on CrunchbaseDevelop activation assets such as onboarding materials, webinars, and co-branded contentPartner with firms to run activation campaigns across their portfoliosCollaborate with Product to inform tools that support activation and data contributionTrack and optimize the activation funnel from firm engagement through product adoptionProgram Design & OperationsRedesign program benefits and structure to increase sustained partner engagementEvaluate and onboard new program participants while maintaining quality standardsBuild and maintain program documentation, playbooks, and internal processesCoordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Legal to execute initiativesManage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for program initiativesMeasurement & ImpactDefine and track key performance indicators, including partner engagement, data contribution, and founder activationBuild and refine attribution models connecting program activity to product usage and revenue outcomesReport on program performance and impact to leadershipUse data to inform program improvements and prioritize high-impact opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.3+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, venture capital operations, accelerator programs, or ecosystem developmentExperience working with or within venture capital firms or startup ecosystemsDemonstrated experience building programs or initiatives from the ground upExperience with user activation, growth funnels, or lifecycle programs is a plusExperience in SaaS, data platforms, or marketplace businesses preferredProficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools.Compensation Package:The OTE range is $128,900-$162,309 and it is split 80% Base and 20% Variable.
