Contracts Sales Supervisor

Key Accountabilities: Recruit, select, develop and motivate the Contract Sales Associates.Managing key accountsEffective administration of employee training, performance appraisals, and incentive programs.Ensure that our customer inquiries are handled in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.Maintains contract review to ISO9001:2008 standards.Negotiate new and renewal customer contracts.OA10 & SA10 review on an "as needed" basis.N-item review prior to submitting for approval.Implementation of Contract Manager at accounts where required.Plan and direct the activities of all Contract Sales Associates.Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
