U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceExperience with Integration/Test related to cybersecurity on a government contract including: experience preparing and executing test procedures to verify cybersecurity requirements of a satellite ground system and/or experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) configuration and requirement verificationExperience with Linux and Windows operating systemsExperience identifying and resolving issues with cybersecurity and information assurance policiesJob DescriptionThe Principal Cybersecurity Test Engineer participates in a program which includes establishing methods and techniques, planning tests, develop test scripting, writing procedures and reports, and conducting tests utilizing comprehensive knowledge of these complex subsystems. Utilizes a broad knowledge of engineering knowledge and applies understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test validity and integrity. Conducts tests, which include collaborating with others in establishing language, database, and computer simulation requirements and configuration management techniques. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices. This role is an onsite role at Schriever Space Force Base with periodic travel to Aurora, CO.What You Will DoDevelop and execute test procedures for verifying cybersecurity and information assurance requirements of a complex, software-based satellite ground control systemIdentify, document, integrate and troubleshoot cybersecurity-related issuesDevelop Analysis and Inspection Reports (AIRs) for verification of cybersecurity and information assurance requirements of a complex, software-based satellite ground control systemSupport reporting and data analysis activities related to formal test activitiesTravel to support the program.
