Given the nature of our work and our organization's ethos, we value trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.Whether you're just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits that include a 4-10 work schedule, career development and recognition programs.If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!Major Position ResponsibilitiesManufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet demandFollows established procedures for operating various manufacturing equipmentSets up equipment feeding, speed and temperature for optimal performanceSelects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processingResolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operationsSupervises production operations for assigned units or during an assigned shift.Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.Notifies maintenance or engineering departments when equipment requires maintenance or repair.Monitors output of assigned area(s) against established schedules or quality goals.Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers.Basic QualificationsAssociate's Degree and 3-5 years experience required, equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations or Business.
