This position requires the ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/or late afternoon shifts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTransports the scheduled patients to and from the centers or to and from any other medical facilities.Assists all passengers (including passengers with special needs) in entering and leaving vansKeeps vehicle clean, polished, and in good operating condition.Drives in a safe and alert manner.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sympathetic to hearing or vision deficiencies. The individual must also be able to work effectively independently and in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsA valid Florida Driver's LicenseExcellent driving record: Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be reviewed prior to the interview.At least one (1) year of experience transporting passengers in a patient/customer-centered atmosphereBe part of an award-winning team!
