This role will interface with company leadership as we execute the growth plan of Olympus Pines.Role Responsibilities:Creates cost estimates for new projects, monitors job costs, evaluates change orders and controls the cost of work in progress to budgetEnsure that project contracts, bids and governmental development applications are completed and filed on timeAR/AP for Subcontractors: Track, manage, and process purchase orders and invoicesTrack and analyze project flow and outcomes to prepare future reports and identify improvementsAudit all financial administration aspects of construction projectsCost analysis (e.g., actual incurred vs. forecast/budgetCreation of monthly project cost reports and status reports identifying margins across different types of projects, trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvementRole Qualifications:Finance Analysis experience/education requiredBachelor’s degree in finance preferredUnderstanding the project management process, including estimation, cost management, schedule development, change management, project controls (including project administration), billing, and subcontractingStrategic mindset with ability to drive multiple priorities with accuracyMicrosoft Office Suite experienceOrganizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of the organization to develop trusted partnerships with business leadersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelines
