Medical Receptionist
Job Description
The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients in a busy private nephrology practice. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations including patient scheduling, insurance verification, patient check-in and check-out, and administrative support to physicians and clinical staff.
