Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate: $36/hr on W2Location: Mentor, OH 44060Shift Differentials:2nd Shift: +$2.00/hr3rd Shift: +$1.50/hrAvailable Shifts:Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AMTuesday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM & Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMSunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PMWeekend schedules are subject to change and may transition to weekday coverage.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Technical or Trade School certification preferred.3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing environments.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems.Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.Perform equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, and potential failures.Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production requirements.Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within CMMS.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.Follow all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance standards.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
