Grow with us.The core responsibilities of this role include: Experience operating Order Picker, Sit Down, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker is required, Minimum of 1 year experience in cycle counting, reporting inventory discrepancies, and monitoring inventory levels, assist with reporting/clean up of damages and verifying over/short inbounds.Position: First (1st) Shift Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Coordinator Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay: $22.90 per hour + Overtime after 40 hoursIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Experience operating Order Picker, Sit Down, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker is required, Minimum of 1 year experience in cycle counting, reporting inventory discrepancies, and monitoring inventory levels, assist with reporting/clean up of damages and verifying over/short inbounds, report directly to Inventory Manager, assist with the Shift Supervisors with monitoring production, training to the associates and giving constructive feedback and to ensure highest customer standards are met. Shape your world.Role Purpose:Physically reconcile/verify raw and finished good inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling/analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory)Is an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reportingAssigns work schedules, trains associates and monitor's associates' progressKey Accountabilities:Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.Reconciliation and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.Conduct training for new associates.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode systemWorking experience with cycle count and inventory controlKnowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or TopexWorking knowledge of SAP inventoryOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
