Sales Associate/Receptionist

LaVida Massage of Canton is now hiring a Sales Associate to sell memberships to our guests. In this part-time position you will work closely with our customers to provide an overwhelmingly positive guest experience. In this role you will be responsible for membership SALES and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high-volume therapeutic massage center.**This is a MEMBERSHIP SELLING POSITION** Duties Include: Communicate the value of membership to our guests. Provide EXCELLENT service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting members/guests upon arrival. Sell retail items and add-on services along with memberships. Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area. Assist in administrative tasks. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room. Requirements The requirements of the Sales Associate SALES experience is a major plus. Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits and center policies/procedures. Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun environment. Must be customer service and sales oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, center management and therapist/esthetics staff. Able to work flexible days and hours (NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS) Compensation includes Hourly Pay, Sales Commission and Monthly Massage.
