We embrace diverse perspectives and work together to achieve shared goals.Excellence in Execution: We consistently strive for exceptional quality in all aspects of our work; to always exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.Adaptability and Innovation: We embrace change and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate, remaining flexible and adaptive in a dynamic industry.Responsibilities For The Inside Sales Representative Role IncludeConduct outbound warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through excellent customer serviceIdentify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.Meet or exceed sales targets and goals every month.Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products.RequirementsObtain new sales opportunities through cold call organizing outreach to potential new customers (mailers, newsletters, etc.)Provided sales team support, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed.Possible on-site visits to discuss chemical products.Ability to host Team/Zoom-style meetings with potential customers.Potential for growth to Outside SalesIn-office job with possible site visits.Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.Follow up with current customers to ensure all needs are being met.Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customerSet and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadershipImprove sales skills to increase sales success ratesFluent in Spanish is a plus
