MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Combat Systems Integration Analyst to join our team working in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.In this role the Combat Systems Integration Analyst will provide critical support focusing on the integration of complex combat systems on unmanned vessels into the Navy’s Next Generation Integrated Combat System (ICS). You will be part of a fast-paced team environment that supports the evolution of shipboard systems, leveraging your expertise to solve complex systems integration challenges.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToSupport strategic planning and execution of initiatives to develop an integrated combat system for implementation on current and future unmanned surface vessels.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budgetParticipate in the full program lifecycle, including requirements development, risk analysis, implementation, and stakeholder engagementPrepare technical documentation, including program status reports, system specifications, and stakeholder presentationsFacilitate team meetings and communications to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverablesDevelop and assist in the implementation of technical and tactical training programs for fleet introduction.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline7+ years of relevant Navy combat systems experienceProgram office experience in systems integration of military systemsExperience with development and implementation of Navy Training programsPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of Navy Combat Systems modernization programsFamiliarity with development and testing of Navy Combat Systems software baselinesClearance RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret security clearance.Physical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
