Role: Senior Learning Developer Location: Santa Clara, CA — 3–4 days onsite Duration: 12 monthsMust havevisual and information design portfolio.Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop.Generative AI for creative/content production.Core Requirement: Looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Senior Learning Developer who can convert complex technical content into polished learning materials for infrastructure/AI engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop videos, animations, presentations, job aids, and learning assets from rough technical content. Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and videos, with strong Adobe After Effects expertise. Use Generative AI to improve content development and accelerate production. Apply brand guidelines, templates, themes, and style standards. Handle both rapid-turnaround and high-production-value learning projects. Work with technical SMEs to understand and simplify complex concepts. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using ClickUp. Publish and maintain content in Adobe Learning Manager. Support other creative/L&D initiatives as required. Must-Have Skills8+ years in Learning Development, Visual Design, Motion Design, Video Production, or related fields. Strong visual and information design portfolio. Advanced Adobe After Effects. Strong Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop. Video editing experience. Ability to convert incomplete/complex technical material into clear learning content. Strong understanding of Generative AI for creative/content production. Experience working with brand standards and design systems. Strong communication and collaboration with technical SMEs. ClickUp, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace. Ability to work several hours overlapping with the U.S. Central Time team.
