As a Retail Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications/Skills: Proven experience in cash handling and customer service Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Requirements: Must be able to pass TSA Background check to receive an airport badge Must have reliable transportation.
