This position ensures smooth program operations, strong communication with clients and partners, and accurate tracking of outcomes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Operations & Support• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to ensure timely and effective delivery• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing program events, workshops, or services• Maintain detailed program records, documentation, and databases• Monitor program timelines and support achievement of milestones and deliverablesCommunication & Stakeholder Engagement• Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, partners, and internal teams• Prepare program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations• Support outreach efforts to promote programs and increase participation• Foster positive relationships aligned with Exceeds Expectations, Inc.’s valuesTracking, Reporting & Evaluation• Collect, track, and organize program data and performance metrics• Assist with reporting outcomes to leadership, funders, or partners• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased program effectivenessAdministrative & Team SupportPro• Provide logistical and administrative support to program leadership• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed• Support compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements• Collaborate across departments to ensure program successRequired Qualifications• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, nonprofit management, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications• Experience working in nonprofit, community-based, or service-driven organizations• Familiarity with data tracking, reporting, or CRM systems• Experience coordinating events or multi-stakeholder projectsCore Competencies• Attention to detail• Problem-solving and adaptability• Strong customer/service orientation• Integrity and confidentiality• Alignment with the mission and values of Exceeds Expectations, Inc• Provide logistical and administrative support to program leadership• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed• Support compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements• Collaborate across departments to ensure program success
