A nationally recognized premium consumer brand known for its high-touch customer experience, category leadership, and large-scale marketing investment is seeking a dynamic growth marketing leader to help drive customer acquisition and scalable business growth. This high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO and offers the opportunity to influence strategy for one of the most trusted and established brands in its space.This is a strategic, performance-driven leader responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role blends deep paid media expertise with conversion optimization, analytics, and audience strategy to build and scale a high-performing marketing engine. Based in NYC, this individual will lead full-funnel growth initiatives, leveraging data, experimentation, and emerging technologies to optimize every stage of the customer journey.Lead Paid Growth StrategyOwn strategy and performance across Meta and other paid acquisition channels, optimizing toward cost per appointment, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth.Drive Funnel OptimizationManage full-funnel performance from click through conversion, leading structured A/B testing across landing pages, creative, offers, messaging, and audience targeting.Support CRM & Remarketing StrategyPartner on audience segmentation, nurture flows, remarketing, and reactivation initiatives designed to improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.Own Analytics & Performance InsightsBuild dashboards, monitor KPIs, and translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations that influence growth strategy, optimization priorities, and budget allocation.Lead Growth ExperimentationTest emerging channels, creative approaches, AI tools, and automation workflows to uncover scalable growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.Optimize Paid Media InvestmentManage and scale paid media budgets while improving ROI, conversion efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness across channels.Manage Agency & Cross-Functional PartnershipsPartner closely with external agencies and internal creative, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns, optimization strategies, and media investments deliver measurable business impact.Required Experience7+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital mediaProven track record improving conversion performance through A/B testing and funnel optimizationStrong understanding of paid acquisition, audience targeting, and full-funnel marketing strategyExperience within DTC, consumer services, and/or lead generation business modelsExperience managing agency relationships and performance accountability preferredRequired Technical & Analytical SkillsDeep expertise managing and scaling Meta paid social campaignsAdvanced proficiency in GA4, ad platforms, dashboards, and marketing analytics toolsExperience managing significant paid media budgets with a strong ROI orientationAbility to translate complex performance data into clear growth recommendations and strategic action plansStrong analytical mindset with experience leveraging testing, attribution, and performance insights to drive optimizationCompensationSalary range: $150K–$170K annually, based on experienceFull-time onsite role based out of the company’s NYC headquartersTo protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
