Technical Project Manager- Network Connectivity

This position is a 12 + month remote contract This is a lead IC TPM role where you own large-scale network programs end-to-end. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll lead cross-functional teams and vendors to drive delivery and outcomes. Proven experience in Technical Program Management or Procurement within telecommunications and enterprise connectivity. Experience with Circuit and Carrier Services Procurement or provisioning is a key component. Telecom + TPM experience (not just IT PM) Hands-on work with carriers, circuits, and fiber networks Strong vendor management + infrastructure delivery background Advanced network architecture: Global/backbone networks, long-haul fiber, high-availability design Data center & cloud connectivity: AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Interconnect, hybrid environments Tools & systems: Circuit tracking/provisioning tools (e.g., Gaudi), ServiceNow, Jira, dashboards/automation Data & reporting: KPI tracking, vendor scorecards, outage analysis, performance dashboards Stakeholder communication: Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams Financial acumen: Cost modeling, vendor cost optimization, capacity planning Global experience: Multi-region deployments, international carriers Process improvement: Procurement workflow optimization, operational scaling
