Our mission is to save clients time and resources while ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services tailored to their needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Bergen county in New Jersey, The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions at patients' homes. The role includes documentation of treatment plans and progress, collaboration with patients and their families, and providing education on exercises and wellness practices.Qualifications Skilled in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Proficient in Home Care and delivering effective therapy services directly to the client’s environment Knowledge and experience in Medicine, with an understanding of treatment procedures and patient outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing compassionate care and education to patients and families State licensure as a Physical Therapist and a degree in Physical Therapy or a related field Competence in maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical and professional standards Previous experience in mobile or outpatient settings is a plus
