In this role, you will help lead the successful adoption, expansion, and optimization of Home Halo’s care insights platform across our offices. You will work closely with operations, clinical, and business development teams to ensure the technology is being used effectively to improve care quality, strengthen communication with families, support staff, and identify insights that drive better business decisions.Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day success of the care insights platform, analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for operational and care improvements, training and supporting office teams on best practices, and helping turn meaningful care insights into compelling stories that can be used in our sales and referral development efforts. You will also help identify new ways technology can enhance the client and caregiver experience across the organization.QualificationsClinical (PT, OT, RN or SW) and/or sales (healthcare or IT) experience preferred.Strong ability to solve problems and apply technology-driven solutions in practical waysExperience training, coaching, and supporting teams in the adoption of new tools or systemsAbility to analyze data and translate insights into action that improves care and operationsUnderstanding of senior care, veteran care, or home care services is strongly preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
