System Engineer

Overview In this role you will serve as the technical authority for the operational thread of a complex air defense program. You translate CONOPS and capability needs into testable criteria and maintain complete requirements traceability. You will oversee the full systems engineering workflow across two IPTs, guiding integration, testing, and verification. Your work supports program execution and continuous improvement, delivering results for clients in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
