Job Summary The Director of Corporate Finance is a senior leader within the Vinik Sports Group Finance organization serving as the lead for the Finance function. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis to support informed decision-making and achievement of long-term business objectives. The Director will oversee core financial processes including forecasting, reporting, cash management, and performance analysis while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. This individual will play a critical role in shaping financial insights across multiple lines of business and providing clear, actionable recommendation to senior leadership. A key responsibility of this role is leading and developing the Finance team. The Director will actively mentor and coach team members. This individual will ensure the team is well-structured, empowered, and equipped to deliver high-quality insights while building a strong pipeline for future talent. They will champion operational excellence by driving process improvements and leveraging systems such as Oracle EPM to enhance reporting capabilities, scalability, and efficiency.
