Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConduct research and analysis to identify business problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementGather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across legacy and cloud-based systemsTranslate business needs into clear requirements for API-driven integrations and cloud-native solutionsDevelop use cases, user stories, and business process modelsCreate detailed workflow diagrams using BPMN and related tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Gliffy, Mermaid) to represent current and future state processesSupport cloud migration efforts by documenting existing system behavior, dependencies, and business logicPartner with technical teams to define API requirements, data flows, and integration points between systemsConduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and risk assessments related to system changes and migrationsDevelop business cases and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and are feasible within technical constraintsProvide ongoing support through implementation, including validation, UAT support, and post-launch analysisStay current with industry trends, including cloud technologies, integration patterns, and process optimization best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and processesExperience working in cloud migration or digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with API concepts, system integrations, and data flow modelingProficiency in process modeling and workflow diagramming (BPMN strongly preferred)Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Gliffy, Mermaid, or similarStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsUnderstanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Exposure to middleware or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)Experience supporting API documentation and lifecycle managementFamiliarity with data analysis or visualization toolsExperience working with cross-functional teams in large, complex system environmentsThe salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 or the hourly equivalent.
