Project Control Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Controls team. This role is critical in supporting project execution through accurate reporting, tracking, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls ideally in the natural gas construction sector and be comfortable managing multiple administrative and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily project reportsAssist in project invoice and billing requirementsCoordinate procurement activities, including tracking materials and ordersMonitor and track equipment usage and logisticsProcess and manage onboarding and payroll for project staffMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsSupport project managers with cost tracking and schedule updatesEnsure compliance with company policies and project requirementsQualifications:Proven experience in construction project controls or a similar roleStrong understanding of construction processes and project workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with project management or accounting softwareBackground in cost control or scheduling is a plus
