Position SummaryAn industry-leading manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their growing team. The Engineering Manager provides technical and people leadership to ensure engineering excellence, consistent standards, and effective project execution. This role focuses on aligning engineering practices and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, efficient, and market-responsive solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 6 engineersOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specPartner with product, operations, and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps and prioritiesEstablish and maintain engineering best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and documentationIdentify and resolve technical bottlenecks, risks, and resourcing gapsDrive process improvements to increase team efficiency and product reliabilityStay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to equipment services and industrial operationsDirect report to the Chief Operating OfficerServe a diverse range of industries across the Midwest and beyondQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an industrial manufacturing-related field5+ years of engineering management experienceProven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projectsStrong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and decisionsStrong knowledge in industrial equipment related to HVAC units, heaters, chillers, pumps, and power distribution units.Strong command of software like SolidWorks for custom equipment and structural frame design.To be considered, please apply with a resume.
