Senior Business AnalystResponsibilitiesClient facing functional Business Analyst (BA) for the IT organizationLiaise between IT and business functionsWork collaboratively with cross functional teams, including vendorsAble to translate business needs to functional and technical requirementsAuthor requirements, process models, testing, and operational readiness documentationOwn testing documentation and activitiesActively collaborate with the program and project teamsCommunicate risk, issues, and formulate viable mitigation plansMay be assigned GxP and SOX effortsMay participate in Change Management activitiesMay create technical architecture and integration documentationQualifications5+ years in a Business Analyst role with proven experience with technology delivery5+ years in authoring requirements, testing, and operational readiness documentation5+ years in working as part of a project teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in essential tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with working in a Waterfall and Agile environmentExperience working in a regulated environment such as GxP and SOXUnderstanding of global regulatory considerations and their impacts processes, approach, and deliveryDemonstrated technical understanding of application architecture including various technology flavor and complexity such as Saas solutions, web applications, repositories, relational databases, and reportingAuthored functional and technical artifacts such as process map, data map, data flow, and entity relation diagram, etcAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to interface and influence stakeholders at different level of the organizationWorking understanding of IT interactions across one or more business functionsAbility to proactively plan, organize, deliver with limited oversight, prioritize, and quickly adapt to changing situationsRequired Skills : Basic Qualification : Looking for a client-facing, documentation-heavy Senior Business Analyst with GxP experience.
