Facilities/Office Support AssociateTemp‐to‐Hire | OnsiteWork Schedule:Full‐time, onsiteMonday-Friday6:30 AM-3:30 PMLHH is supporting a professional services organization in the search for a Facilities / Office Support Associate to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This temp‐to‐hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, staying organized, and being a key support resource behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities* Support daily facilities and office operations* Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, phone pods, and other common areas* Stock and manage office, restroom, and kitchen supplies* Coordinate conference room schedules and daily setup* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages* Assist with employee meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and internal events* Provide coverage for administrative staff as needed* Prepare conference rooms and shared spaces each day* Run occasional local errands (driving may be required)* Support desk moves, office reorganizations, and special projects* Liaise with building operations for office issues or emergencies* Assist with holiday initiatives and internal programs as assignedQualifications* High school diploma required* 2+ years of facilities, office services, or administrative support experience strongly preferred* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‐paced office environmentInterview Process* Initial phone prescreen* In‐person interview with office leadershipEmployment Details* Temp‐to‐hire opportunity* Onsite, professional office environment* Long‐term potential for the right candidatePay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nicolette SuskauerBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
