Software Application Support Systems Engineer Advisor - TS/SCI w/poly

Overview In this role you will deliver operational support to ensure stability and performance of our software applications. You will act as a technical point of contact, troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and collaborate with engineering to implement fixes. You will manage Linux services (start/stop/diagnose) and work with technologies like NiFi, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and AWS. You’ll participate in after-hours on-call support and contribute to reliable, mission-critical systems.
