Spring Coiler Position OverviewWe are a leading Houston-based manufacturing organization, and we are seeking experienced Spring Coilers / Coiling Technicians to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in spring or coil fabrication who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality. You will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining coiling machinery to produce high-performance springs used in demanding industrial applications.Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and fine-tune coiling machines such as SIMCO, Wafios, and similar equipment to manufacture high-quality springs.- Monitor production runs to ensure adherence to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance.Qualifications- Proven experience as a Spring Coiler, Coiling Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing or metal-forming environment.- Hands-on familiarity with coiling machinery, especially SIMCO and Wafios systems.- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and correct machine issues.
