Sr. Research Associate – Process Development (Protein Purification)Seeking a Sr. Research Associate I with experience in biologics purification and process development.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute lab experiments supporting process developmentAnalyze and interpret experimental data, identify anomaliesSupport protein purification, filtration (UF/DF), and chromatographyPresent findings in team meetings with clear technical communicationContribute to process optimization, troubleshooting, and improvementsCollaborate on tech transfer to GMP manufacturing and regulatory documentationMaintain safety compliance and work with potent compounds (post-training)Required Skills & Experience:BSc (2+ yrs) or MSc (0+ yrs) in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fieldExperience in biologics purification (TFF, conjugation, downstream processing)Knowledge of SEC/HPLC, CE, HCP testing (preferred)Understanding of cGMP, scale-up, and tech transferStrong technical writing and data interpretation skillsAbility to work in cross-functional, collaborative teamsPreferred:Experience with multiple biologics (mAbs, ADCs, bispecifics, viral systems)Hands-on downstream processing experience (chromatography, filtration, virus clearance)
