Location: San Antonio, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in technical infrastructure projects. This role requires hands-on experience leading initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments. This position serves as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-focused projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
Create and maintain project plans, communication plans, resource forecasts, and executive status reports.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and support the maturation of Agile processes.
Act as the primary communication channel between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Deliver clear and concise progress updates to executive and PMO leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid PM/SM role. Proven experience delivering technical infrastructure projects in enterprise environments is required.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with End User Computing (EUC) or Enterprise Mobility.
PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $70.00 per hour.
