To learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit hcltech.comJob Summary :HCLTech is looking for Pre-Sales Head, Delivery Leaders and Domain Experts with flair for sales, to join it’s Go-to-Market team. This team will be responsible for presales and solutioning for Hi-Tech and Semi verticals, leading advisory sales, and driving transformation in our customer engagements.Key responsibilities will include:• Deliver expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms; provideguidance to diverse customer stakeholders and external partners.• Interface with HCL sales, global delivery and solutions to manage all presales activities fromcapability presentations through SOW negotiations; meet tight deadlines.• Qualify opportunities at early stage, prioritize, invest effort into strategic initiatives; Front endsolutions discussions both in proactive as well as when working on RFPs• Define and support breakthrough objectives in strategic accounts; Construct creative solutions withminimal information; Propose right engagement and commercial model based on opportunityattributes• Maintain relentless focus on meeting sales KPP’s entailing revenue and booking targets• Through customer interactions and own research, identify opportunities to build proactive solutionsaround a unique problem• Demonstrate "thought leadership" in Client Interactions such as QBRsKnowledge, Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements:• Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within theorganization and with customers·• 8-12 years of relevant IT/ Professional Services Industry experience• Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment, in grey zones across teams and some level of ambiguity• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Must have experience in two or more (and one domain led):• Application Services (API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Modernization),• SaaS – SFDC, Workday, Blue Yonder• Oracle, SAP, MS CRM Dynamics• Business Analytics (Big Data, Data Science, AI, ML)• Technology Domain (VLSI, FPGA, Analog, Systems Engineering)• Technology Domain (Online Businesses, ISV’s, Emerging Tech)
