Staff Accountant
ENTEK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on-site as a Staff Accountant at our Lebanon, Oregon location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
You will prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance filings. You will also be responsible for performing monthly and yearly financial closing tasks, supporting the annual audit process, and monitoring and analyzing accounting data to identify trends and variances. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records, record and distribute requisition approvals, assist in inventory cycle, and complete other assigned tasks.

Working Environment
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 a.m.
This role requires that the incumbent to frequently talk or hear and occasionally stand, walk, and/or sit for extended lengths of time.
The role primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally need to visit the manufacturing floor, which will require wearing eye and hearing PPE and may expose the incumbent to fumes or airborne particles and chemicals in the plant environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Two (2)years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screen.
Satisfactory results from a pre-employment background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
