JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION OVERVIEW The HDD Operator is responsible forcontrolling the direction of an HDD rig utilizing tools andConfigurations Designed To Steer The Drill Head. ESSENTIAL JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Implement all directional drilling plans and proceduresaccording to company plan and oversee all drilling operations of rigsite and ensure compliance to all drilling objectives. Manage all wellbore path and perform survey to compute and monitor all rate ofpenetration and maintain an efficient list of all directional tools andperform survey on all equipment. Provide assistance and training to alldrilling trainees and manage all marketing and sales activities forvarious company products and supervise efficient working of allprocesses. Execute all survey information for processes and ensure allobjectives compatibility with various results. Administer alldirectional operations and analyze performance of all drillingprocedures and assist all client representatives to resolve all issuesand monitor job progress and maintain records of all data and preparerequired documentation. Maintain and ensure efficiency in maintenance ofall company assets and locations and ensure adequacy of all supplies andequipment for website and prepare records for all equipment present onrig in coordination with client representatives. Ensure safety in workareas at all times according to required standards and provide requiredtraining to all trainees and assess performance and administer alldrilling rig operations. Collaborate with various departments to managework flows for all rig projects and ensure efficient working of same andprepare schedules for all test activities on drilling rig. Prepare rigmaintenance strategies and perform regular inspection on all drillingrequirements and assist to purchase all equipment to ensure appropriateMaintenance. Other Duties As Assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREDKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent required Previousexperience with HDD operations, specifically running large drills.Knowledge of different drilling contaminants, additives, and mudtreatment Possession of a valid driver\'s license with a good, cleandriving record. CDL preferred. Knowledge of methods, materials, andequipment used in the construction and maintenance of undergroundoil/gas transmission systems. Fundamental understanding of safetyregulations, OSHA regulations, first aid and methods of applyingresuscitation.
