Job title: Analyst Accounting AutomationJob location: Phoenix AZ USA 85281Duration: 06+monthsJob DescriptionThis job is a member of the Payroll Automation Team within the Finance Division.Responsible for gathering business requirements, testing, implementation and documentation of payroll and business processes and related interfaces impacting the payroll systems and the general ledger. What you'll doGathers and documents business requirements related to payroll and business activitiesAnalyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources to create documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts and test resultsAssists with developing and performing the testing related to the payroll system and downstream systemsRepresents the department in meetings and through written and verbal communication with internal and external customersAssists in identifying and documenting internal controls in support of auditing teamSome travel required, as neededMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExpereinceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field and/or equivalent experience/training, including payroll and payroll processes Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceAt least 3-5 years Payroll, Finance or Accounting experienceExperience with in depth business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modelingStrong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasksExperience with SAP is required Skills, Licenses & Certifications • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. • Experience with system design and implementation • Ability to read and understand multiple labor agreements • Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well under stressful situations • Ability to handle multiple assignments, changing priorities with minimal supervision
