Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will be pivotal during the 2026-2027 school year, guiding communication development for students who are just beginning their educational journeys. With a flexible schedule—approximately four hours per day, four days a week—this position offers excellent work-life balance, accommodating various personal and professional commitments.
What you'll need to succeed:
Current and valid Louisiana SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience in school-based or early childhood settings preferred
Strong knowledge of pediatric communication disorders and intervention strategies
Compassion, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with fellow professionals and families
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating and providing direct therapy services for children aged 3-4 as part of early intervention programming
Developing targeted treatment plans to suit individual needs
Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking
Participating in team meetings and contributing to overall program development
