This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the delivery of surgical services while ensuring strong collaboration across perioperative departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight of daily OR operations and staffEnsure efficient workflow, staffing, and scheduling across perioperative servicesCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical leadership to improve departmental performance and patient outcomesDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the ORSupport a positive team culture and physician engagementEnsure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirementsMonitor quality metrics, patient safety initiatives, and service performanceQualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) license in good standingBachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (Master's preferred)5+ years of leadership experience in perioperative or surgical servicesStrong knowledge of operating room workflow and perioperative operationsWhy Work for Adecco?Weekly Pay401(k) PlanSkills Training ProgramsMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPay Details: $53.00 to $85.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
