Simply put, we care about our people, our products and our customers.Job PurposeThe ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical Americais seeking a dedicated Coil Coating Line Operator to join our day-shift manufacturing team. This full-time position enjoys a consistent four-day workweek, working 12-hour schedule Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM. This schedule offers long weekends every week, predictable hours, and the ability to plan your life outside of work with confidence.The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay-for-Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional $0.36 per hour is paid for day shift differential. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual profit-sharing bonus program, offering further earning potential as part of our commitment to rewarding team performance and company success.Principal AccountabilitiesThe Coil Coating Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors.
