NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS / INDUSTRIAL COATERS CGS Global is seeking experienced Commercial Painters / Industrial Coaters for a commercial and industrial work with competitive pay, steady hours, and opportunities to transfer to future projects nationwide. Project Details Location: Phoenix Area Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime/weekends as needed Day shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Night Shift: 8:00pm - 6:30am Language: English or Spanish accepted ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, scraping, cleaning, masking, and patching as neededApply industrial paints, primers, epoxies, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentOperate and maintain industrial painting and coating equipment safely and efficientlyPerform coating applications on structural steel, piping, tanks, equipment, and industrial facilitiesMonitor coating thickness, consistency, and finish quality to meet project specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsFollow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and jobsite requirementsMaintain clean and organized work areas and properly handle hazardous materials RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of industrial painting or industrial coating experienceExperience with spray systems, epoxies, and protective coatings preferredKnowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating applicationsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsMust have own tools and PPEAbility to work independently and maintain jobsite standardsStrong understanding of OSHA and workplace safety procedures Why Join CGS Global?$22 - $24 DOESteady full-time workLong-term project opportunitiesHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance40 hours paid sick leave annually (after 60 days)Dedicated recruiter support Start Your Next Project with CGS Global We keep skilled trades professionals working with top contractors across the country.
