The ideal candidate will leverage expertise across YouTube, streaming platforms, FAST channels, licensing, and syndication to maximize revenue, scalability, and long-term asset value. This role is focused on building a sustainable, revenue-generating media asset—not just increasing views. Key Responsibilities:Platform & Revenue Strategy: Evaluate YouTube, FAST channels, OTT/AVOD platforms, licensing deals, and syndication; recommend the most profitable distribution mix.Multi-Channel Monetization: Build a diversified revenue stack including ads, sponsorships, licensing, and direct monetization.Content Monetization Optimization: Advise on content format, structure, and strategy to maximize revenue and long-term value.Partnership & Deal Structuring: Source, negotiate, and close distribution, advertising, and brand-integration deals.Financial Modeling & ROI Clarity: Develop actionable revenue models, CPM/CPC/CPA forecasts, and profit optimization strategies.Performance Analysis: Benchmark and analyze audience and revenue data to refine pricing and platform strategy.Executive Communication: Present monetization strategies, results, and forecasts to executives, sponsors, and stakeholders. Key Success Metrics (KPIs):Delivery of a monetization plan within 30–60 days.Revenue per episode / asset.Optimized platform mix for maximum profitability.Reduced unnecessary production costs.Execution of at least one high-value distribution or sponsorship deal. Requirements / Qualifications:Proven experience monetizing video content or media properties.Strong knowledge of YouTube, FAST, AVOD, OTT, and licensing environments.Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Substantial experience collaborating via Slack or other team communication platforms.Expertise in revenue modeling (CPM, CPC, CPA, blended rates).Demonstrated record in sponsorship sales and brand-integration deals.Skilled in media forecasting, data analysis, and benchmarking to optimize pricing and revenue.Experience in ROI and break-even modeling, financial planning, and profit analysis.Ability to balance creative and commercial objectives while preserving the show’s tone.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into revenue quickly.Comfortable presenting to executives and negotiating high-value deals.Proven track record in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for media properties.Ability to provide performance evidence or metrics (NDA-bound results acceptable).
