Community Liaison / Hospice Sales RepresentativeA compassionate and self-motivated Community Liaison is needed to support hospice outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout the Fredericksburg area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting families, and making a meaningful impact within the community.As the face of the organization in the field, you will promote hospice services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help families access compassionate end-of-life care.
